There are many benefits to sailing with us before passengers even board the Grand Celebration. With a beautiful terminal all to ourselves, we are the only cruise line sailing out of the Port of Palm Beach. We also offer at-the-door valet parking at a cost lower than many Florida ports have for garage or parking lot parking. Parking When you arrive at the cruise terminal you will be met by our parking attendants under a shaded area. All parking at the port is fast and efficient. The cost is $17 per night. The parking company accepts cash and Visa or Master Card credit cards for payment. There are no other public parking options nearby. When you return and go through customs, your car will be delivered to you in no time by a courteous attendant and you'll be on your way. We think a vacation should be as stress-free as possible and the beautiful Port of Palm Beach terminal and valet parking are just two more things that make your Grand Celebration cruise a great vacation choice. • Can I use cellular phones on the Grand Celebration?
  Enjoy the convenience of using your cellular phone to keep in touch with friends and family while sailing on the Grand Celebration. In order to use your cell phones onboard, you might need to first activate the roaming service by calling your cellular provider. The network gets activated when the ship is at sea, out of reach from land and your regular cellular provider. When the service becomes available, your cellular phone will display either MCP or 901 12 or indicate Digital Roaming. This service is charged via your home cellular provider at international roaming rates for exact pricing, please check with your home operator.
• What's included in the cruise price?
  Your fare includes shipboard accommodations, ocean transportation, all meals (except specialty dining options), select beverages and onboard entertainment (excluding the adult comedy show).
• What's not included?
  Gratuities of $12 per night per person, transportation to and from the ship, valet parking at the port,shore excursions, bar beverages, soft drinks, phone calls, photographs and items you may choose to purchase that are not specifically stated.

• What should I pack?
  The dress code on board is generally casual. Dinner and evening attire is casual elegance, with proper attire required for select restaurants, including collared shirts, blouses, pants, dresses and skirts. Tank tops and swimsuits are not permitted in the dining areas.
• What about personal belongings?
  We are not responsible for theft or loss so be sure all baggage and personal belongings are properly insured and labeled with the owner's name, address, and ship's name, cabin number and sailing date. Suitcases should be securely locked. We recommend that you personally carry all medications, jewelry, fragile items, valuables and important documents on and off the ship. Any luggage left at the pier will be forwarded at the guest's expense.
• What about special needs?
  If you have a specific need or a medical condition that requires special attention, you must advise us when making your reservation and confirm the information to us in writing. Special dietary needs can be accommodated if the passenger makes the request at the time of booking. Passengers requiring a wheelchair onboard must make independent arrangements.
• What is the onboard alcohol policy?
  Guests may not bring alcohol onboard prior to embarkation and any alcohol found in a guest's possession is subject to confiscation. The drinking age on the ship is 21 in US waters and 18 at sea and on Grand Bahama Island, a valid ID is required. We have the right to refuse sale and/or service to anyone.
• Will baby-sitting be available?
  We offer a variety of activities to ensure that the kids have just as much fun as the adults. They will enjoy the pools, waterslide, kids club, and a complimentary kids program that includes supervision.
• What about tipping?
  For your convenience, gratuities are charged to your onboard charge card at $12 per person, per day. This covers all food and cabin services provided to you by your Cabin Steward, Waiter, Busboy and Maitre d’. Other staff members may be tipped as services are rendered. • Check-In
  Passenger check-in begins as early as 9:00 a.m. and boarding begins at noon. Please do not plan on arriving at the terminal prior to the specified times as the ship will not be ready to board guests.
• Embarkation
  The Grand Celebration is scheduled to leave at 6:00 pm out of the Port of Palm Beach. Guests are required to be onboard the ship at least 90 minutes (by 4:30) prior to departure.
• Disembarkation
  When the ship returns to the Port of Palm Beach, please allow 1-2 hours for disembarkation as you must be cleared by customs and Immigration. For passengers departing from local airports, we recommend scheduling flights after 12:00 noon to allow sufficient time to clear customs.

• Liability

Please keep your receipt to collect excess baggage in Freeport. Alcoholic beverages, pets, dangerous or illegal items such as weapons, explosives, combustible substances or non-prescription controlled substances may not be brought onboard the ship. Any such items shall be surrendered to security at embarkation and may be disposed of at the sole discretion of the Cruise Line. All luggage hand carried or checked is subject to search. Liability for luggage is limited to the amount of $300 per ticket. The liability can be increased if, upon embarkation, the guest declares the true value of the property in writing and pays 5% of the true value declared in excess of $300 to Cruise Operator, Inc., in which case the cruise line’s liability will be limited to the value declared not to exceed $5,000
• Minors
  In order to board the Grand Celebration guests under the age of 18 must have an adult who is 18 or older in the same cabin. A minor consent form must be signed and kept on file prior to sailing.
• Health Conditions
  If you have a medical condition which requires you to take prescription medication or to receive medical attention during the course of your cruise, please consult with your physician prior to traveling. Passengers with special needs such as requiring oxygen for medical conditions, seeing eye dogs, or hearing impaired must make this request known at the time of booking. A physician or nurses are on call 24-hours a day on every cruise to perform basic medical procedures. The physician and nurse are not employees of the cruise line and will charge their prevailing fees for services provided at your request. Cruise Operator, Inc is not liable for any death, personal injury, illness or personal distress caused by reason of any medical treatment, diagnosis, advice, examination, prescription or any other service received from the physician and nurse. • Right to Change Itinerary/Detention
  In the event of strikes, lockouts, stoppage of labor, riots, weather conditions or any other reason whatsoever, we have the right to cancel, advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled sailing or itinerary without prior notice. The Cruise Line may, but is not obliged to, substitute another vessel for any sailing and cannot be liable for any loss to the passenger by reason such as cancellation, advancement, postponement or substitution.
• Refusal of Passage
  The Cruise Line may refuse to transport or may disembark at any port any passenger who may be suffering from contagious, infectious disease or ill health. Any person whose presence may be detrimental to the comfort or safety of other passengers or ship's crew, or who has been verbally abusive to office staff or ship's crew, may be refused passage for future cruises. If on the ship, the passenger may be excluded from landing at a destination by immigration or other Governmental Authorities. Carrier reserves the right to refuse passage to women entering their 24th week of pregnancy. For infants, 6 months of age is the minimum age for sailing in light of the capacity of our onboard medical facilities to handle neo-natal/pediatric medical issues. Any person without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the ship. In all cases, the individual shall not be entitled to any refund of fare or compensation.
